Our in-house marketing team takes on select projects in our portfolio and promotes each property from the initial conceptual and launch stages all the way to complete sellout. Great care is taken to study the surrounding community to ensure that the project’s branding suits both the area and target market. Having an in-house team gives us direct access to buyer concerns, needs and wants. This feedback is of the utmost importance as it helps us understand what we’re doing right and rectify anything we’re doing wrong.
Our homeowner care team will ensure the transition into your new home is a smooth one. A few days before you move in, we’ll give you a homeowner’s manual and take you on a walk-through for a detailed orientation on all features, appliances and warranties. On moving day, we’ll be there to hand over your new keys, show you the access systems and common areas, and answer any questions you may have.
We are deeply committed to building quality homes and providing our homebuyers with exceptional after-sales service. Every Apcon home is fully covered by a comprehensive third party 2-5-10 new home warranty, and our homeowner care team is available to assist with any questions you may have that are not covered in the homeowner’s manual.
