A few days before you move in, a member of our homeowner care team will walk you through your new home and provide you with a homeowner’s manual. This includes valuable information on the new home’s features, appliances, maintenance, warranties, and more.
Taking possession of your new home is a very exciting time. We’ll be there on the big day to hand over the keys, show you how the access system works, and answer any questions you may have. Your complete and ongoing satisfaction is important to us. You can count on our homeowner care team for as long as you own the home.
Peace of mind comes from knowing that every Apcon home is quality built to the highest standards and fully protected by a third party 2-5-10 new home warranty. Coverage includes 2 years on labour and materials, 5 years on the building envelope, and 10 years on the structure of the home.
