Next Steps
1. Pre-Occupancy
Provides homeowners a walk-through of their brand-new home. This is where an Apcon representative will be showing you all the important features of your new home. It will also give the opportunity for the homeowner to ask any questions, and walkthrough their own home.
2. Move-In Day
On move-in day, our team will be there to hand over your keys and celebrate this exciting milestone with you. We’re also available to answer any questions, ensuring a smooth transition as you settle into your new home.
3. Ongoing Customer Service
Apcon will be there to assist you with any questions or address any deficiencies you may have with your home. Our team is committed to ensuring everything meets your expectations and providing support as you settle in.
New Home Warranty
A home built by Apcon Group is a home you can count on. Our work is built to an impeccable standard, and fully protected by a third party 2-5-10 new home warranty.
